Description
This XC camp is open to all levels of cross-country runners going into 7th grade through 12th grade and beyond. Whether you consider yourself a beginner or one of the best in the state. Are camp is designed to teach runners about proper training, and nutrition, and to be able to receive running tips and racing strategies. The summer camp will also be an opportunity to be challenged, which will push you to provide mental strength that is required for cross-country competitions and training.

My Gym Tyler and Faulkner Park in Tyler, Texas
July 22-25, 2024 starting at 7AM
Coach Ritter is a USA Track & Field Cross Country Coaching Specialist and USATF Level II Endurance & Youth Coach. He will be doing form analysis on the runners, while providing excellent training and tips with support and encouragement. MyGym Tyler Owners and personal trainers Bryan Waters and Melanie Edwards will be leading out strength sessions.
